Just curious...

What are your top 3 websites for homeschooling resources?
(Besides these boards of course!)

If you don't mind, give a little description and link them too!

Mine are...
Kiddie Records (http://www.kiddierecords.com/) (Free audio downloads for kids from records in the 40's-?)

The Baldwin Project (http://www.mainlesson.com/main/displayarticle.php?article=feature) (Free books-public domain-typed out to print off. GREAT books. Like the ones you buy from Yesterday's classics!)

CM Online (http://www.amblesideonline.org/) (Free CM curriculum and resources)

What are yours?

I enjoy threads like this -- I love looking at all the sites!

We like classics for kids (www.classicsforkids.com (http://www.classicsforkids.com)) for classical music and lesson plans.

For physics demonstrations and experiments we look at Physics for Kids (http://homeschooling.gomilpitas.com/explore/physics.htm)

Another vote for the Baldwin Project at http://www.mainlesson.com - It has a great collection of older books for a variety of ages. We'll be using them for several years to come.

Ambleside Online (http://www.amblesideonline.org) - We don't teach Charlotte Mason style, but the book lists are great. I'm hoping to incorporate some more of their literature next year instead of just matching it with history.

Rainbow Resource website (http://www.rainbowresource.com) - I love the additions made in the past few years of more samples and previews as well as comments from users. Combine those with the already great descriptions and I can make a much better educated decision than with just the catalog.

www.Amblesideonline.org (http://www.Amblesideonline.org) I love the booklist.
http://www.homeschoolreviews.com/ I love reading reviews.
www.starfall.com (http://www.starfall.com) for Prereading and early reading

All three are free!

Here are my three:

http://208.112.20.50/index.shtml (CIRCE Institute--Principles of Classical Education)
http://www.textkit.com/ (Texkit--Greek & Latin Learning Tools with a forum for questions)
http://www.classical-homeschooling.org/v2/index.php?page=3 (Classical Christian Homeschooling--Christine Miller's new site, although I still prefer to look through the old site since it's more familiar to me)

I also like Ambleside Online and Rainbow Resource, but those have already been linked.

Nothing new here, but I'll post anyway. :001_rolleyes:

www.amblesideonline.org -- this is my #1 "one stop shopping" resource for worthy books and ideas toward a literary education

www.sonlight.com -- I use some of the book ideas and whatever else looks good

www.Google.com -- I use the "image" option every week to find images to use in our history scrapbooks

I can't imagine schooling without the internet!!!
