Where would I find discount tickets to Disney World Fl. When is Spring Break?

We really want to miss spring break if at all possible. If you have planned a trip lately what advise would you be willing to share? Where is a good off site place to stay that is much less expensive? Other local attractions not to miss? We will be coming from Michigan. What would you not miss visiting along the way?

I think that spring break is most of March and early April. We have gone in May and the crowds weren't bad.

Last time we went we rented a townhouse. It was wonderful. It was actually very close to the parks (just a few miles) and very convenient. We had 3 bedrooms (one king size, one queen size and one with two twin beds). We also had a pull out couch if we needed it. We also had 3 bathrooms, which was very helpful. It also included a full kitchen, washer and dryer and family room. Outside on the deck was a small pool. We also had access to the association's pool, which looked wonderful, but we didn't have time to go to it. We paid close to $100 per night.
