http://www.yourteacher.com/ Has anyone used this site for math? Are you using it as a stand alone or in addition to another program? Pros/cons? Thanks!

That program used to be called Classmate. It was originally sold on cd-rom, but became an online subscription program several years ago. I have the cd-roms for Geometry, but wasn't happy with it. It did have good reviews back when it was Classmate. The price of the subscription service put it out of reach of many until Homeschool Buyer's Co-op.

I have no experience with this program, but wanted to let you know of another.

This is a subscription program but very reasonably priced. IThe cost is $60 for six months or $90 for a year. He offers pre-algebra, algebra I, algrebra II, college algebra, intermediate algrebra, and a GED math course. The instructor is a professional. He offers a 30 day free trial, so have a look for free!

YourTeacher.com was formerly known as Classmate Math. if you search the forum you will find a number of threads that are two years or so back.
i really liked Classmate Math and purchased Pre-Algebra, Algebra and Geometry. Then, further into the Pre-Algebra, I found mathematical errors in the program. though i could catch them at the pre-algebra level, i knew i wouldn't be as confident once we moved into Algebra so I returned the programs. hopefully, they have fixed the errors by now.
ultimately, we were better off with Teaching Textbooks. the answer keys with Classmate were just that; they did not give you worked out solutions for every single problem.
