Dd started Cosmo at the county tech. Her school is amazing, and we were thrilled to be able to get her in. (they have a 3/1 acceptance)
I found out that most high schools count a few years of cosmo toward science credits. :001_huh: Color me ignorant. Then I looked through her book and whoa, VERY heavy on the chemistry and some biology. (Seriously-I didn't realize how hard cosmo was, and her teacher has 100% graduation rate with awards)
I am loathe to stop her sciences at home-she DOES want to go to college (Sarah Lawrence or The American Academy of Dramatic Arts)-she just wants cosmo for theater and to make $ for school.
But I don't want to overburden her, either.
Should I half this year's science? Should I let her do what she can get done but as an *extra*, not required?
What would you do?
