Life of Fred: how to use as supplement?

My grade 10 son will be continuing with Intro Algebra (Lial's) this year and also starting GEmoetry (TT). I recently was able to buy the Life of Fred books for half-price, but now I'm wondering how to coordinate them with our regular programs. Any advice? Thanks.

I think it would be difficult, I would use LOF as the core and use the other books as supplements to drive that particular discipline home...it would be too hard to take LOF and find sections that fit another book--he kind of goes on his own path when picking introductions to equations and such..
