TOG has placed new scope and sequence links in each year. Well, for years 1-3 right now. Year 4 is still being worked on. Here are the links to each year plan. Click on S&S in each link to see.

Here is a quote from Marcia:

New for this year: we have just created simple, one-page Scope and Sequences for Tapestry year-plans. These display the integrated nature of Tapestry of Grace. They are focused on rhetoric-level studies, but also have information for those using Tapestry for multi-grade teaching that attempts to answer the question, "What does this year-plan cover?"

These new Scope and Sequences are mounted on the "home page" for each year-plan. (Year 4 is still in process, and will reflect Classic content; Years 1-2 are complete and refer to Redesigned volumes. The Year 3 version is mounted, but please note that it is a rough guide, and some aspects may shift slightly as we go through the editing process for Year 3 Redesigned this year.

I'm attempting to come up with actual written goals for next year - this will help.

Thanks so much!

It lists Year Two content, but I'm sure they'll catch it and fix it shortly.

Just didn't want you to think that TOG thinks that Don Quixote was bopping around during the time of the Greeks and the Romans. :)

Peace,
Janice

Heh, that's funny. I'm sure they'll fix it. We'll be in Y2 next year anyway, so that's the one I was looking at - didn't even notice the mistake!

LOL,
Melissa

I noticed that a bit ago and was very surprised. Middle Ages to Modern in one year! What a change. Although... I guess it makes sense to focus more time on the last 200 years then taking all of history and dividing it up into 4 equal parts... hmmm, something to ponder.

Yes, the reason that Marcia spends a full year on the 1800's and a full year on the 1900's is because so much of what influences our present day stems from things that happened in the last 200 years.
