About that bread baking thread...

I just started two loaves of "Beginner's Bread"! I haven't made bread before, so we'll see. It turns out that my second kitchen table is the perfect height for kneading. :) I'm making one in a loaf pan, and one in a round pan. I didn't get the second dough ball to the feeling of a baby's bottom (I read that somewhere about dough balls)...so, again, we'll see.

Just had to share my excitement! If I can bake our own bread...and buns...and rolls...
