DO NOT READ WHILE EATING, or avoid if you have a weak stomach. Just thinking about this is enough to send me running for the toilet!

All four of our children have been sick from both ends for two weeks (and myself to a lesser extent). They "get better" then we have several nights of spew fests and laundry up to the rafters.

After conversing with the nurse last week, we brought in the oldest (who is getting worse) and the youngest (because she's had it the most).

The children are now on Zofran, prevacid (special, not OTC), and a probiotic... which I can handle.

What has ME in knots is the stool sampling.

Anyway to do this, it's just nasty. And the scoops are pathetically small when dealing with what is essentially chunky water. I have six vials to fill for each child. And 4 bags of nasty stuff left over.

I know there isn't anything you can do... but share my pain!

I'm really good at not picturing things like this when I read it so I read it. I'm empathizing with you.

You have my sympathy! All 4 of mine were sick in a similar manner from Wednesday through Saturday. I am soo thankful they're not carrying this on for a full 2 weeks...and then stool sampling on top of that . I hope your children are better soon. :)
