Where to find a Map for 'Guns for General Washington'?

This is driving me crazy. I'd like to have a map to go along with this book, but I can't find one anywhere that will allow us to trace the route.

Any ideas?

Does the Sonlight Guide have a good map for this? If so, I might be convinced to buy the instructor's guide next year! I remember buying the Core 1 guide and being very disappointed with the maps.
