Does anyone know how to change a paypal account so you don't get charged...

a transaction fee when people send you money. I used to do a lot of e-bay, but now everything I do is personal and get tired of the extra fees that get taken out.

I can't figure out what to do to avoid this.

If they are sending you money via cc the fees will be taken out no matter what. They also need to click "services" instead of "goods" on the section where you tell what the money is for.

Paypal told me I couldn't change back to personal once I made the account business. I have two paypal accounts now and two email addresses. My server gives us more than one email address, so I just opened up another paypal account. I still use the one on Ebay only, while the other is personal and I let everyone know I only take non-credit card paypal on that one.

Oh, I have had a few people send credit card payments to my personal, but I just refund it back and tell them I do not accept non-credit card paypal.

Again, I only give my business paypal account on Ebay b/c you are not allowed to say "non-credit card paypal only" there.

I see my problem, it is a premier account, guess I need to open up a new account if I don't want to get charged.

I had the premier account as well and got sick of the whopping charge on the rare occasion I sold something, so I downgraded. You are permitted to do so only once, but you have to email them.
