Vacation Question: What is there to do in the Poconos?

It looks like we will be headed to the Poconos in Pennsylvania this summer for a family vacation. I have never been in this area before, so I am looking for some fun things to do, places to go, etc. Are there any things that are "must-do's" in the area? We will be in the East Stroudsburg area.

I think there is a train you can ride on and an indoor waterpark. The waterpark is a Great Wolf Lodge. I have not been there, but I heard they have one.
