Yep, I'm in Bakersfield. $3.65 (although a bit cheaper at ARCO) for unleaded. $4.05 for diesel.

We have some of the highest gas prices in the nation, despite the fact that this county is home to refineries. I'm always amazed at how low, comparatively, the prices are in other states. (Gas for less than $3 a gallon?! Good grief, I can't even think when we last paid that little!) But the prices go up, up, up and we all still drive, drive, drive. The American way...
