I have the Teacher's manual and speed drills and student text.
The TM is clean and very nice. The speed drills have 5 pages, scattered in the book, done in pencil. (There are 168 drills) The Student text was used as a workbook, but many of the problems were done on seperate paper. We used it this way to lesson 107.
I will sell the full set for $24, with the postage paid via media mail, or without the student text (if you don't want it because of the writing) for $18, with the postage paid for just the teacher's manual and speed drills.
