Was I dreaming? Apologia Bio - changing the sequence of the chapters

I thought I remembered a thread discussing switching up the order of the chapters in Apologia Bio - starting halfway through the modules and later beginning at the first module. Does this ring a bell to anyone? I have searched pages and pages of threads and can't find it anywhere.

My daughter is doing an online class with Apologia Biology. The teacher states that you can come in and start on any module except for modules 5-8, they need to be taken together. I don't know about any order, but she says with the exception of the modules above, any module can stand alone. Last year's class started near the back of the book to take advantage of specimens that would be available during the summer.
