I thought I submitted this post once, but I don't see it anywhere, so hopefully it won't double post. I know I can file a claim though paypal if need be, but I was wondering if there was a board policy for reporting a transaction that doesn't complete. Fwiw, it's been 3 weeks since I paid through paypal and the selling member hasn't posted during that period or answered my pm.

I believe you can click on their screen name and leave feedback on their personal page. Do they have an email address? Try that. Isn't there one on their paypal account? I've had some really slow responders. It's always hair raising, because you feel like you could be getting ripped off! HTH, Jen

I'd definitely file a claim now.
You can always drop it if the seller starts cooperating.
Be sure to leave feedback so the rest of us can be duly warned!
