I've been exercizing every day. I do one of the Walk Away the Pounds Videos for 30 minutes. I also just added a strength training video. I do 20 minutes of those rotating between abs and lower body. Some days I feel really good and I'll do all three, but that's maybe once/week.
So, daily, I work out at least 50 minutes. Some days 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I'm finding that the more I do, the more I want to do. I can see where this can get addictive!! :D

Daily for half an hour (aerobic) and every other day (stretching and weights).

We kicked up our efforts this past month so we (oldest DS and I) are at the gym at 5:30AM four days a week. We do two days of 30 min on the elliptical and 10 min on the weights; and two days in the pool for 40 min swimming laps.
We also have dogs to walk every day; 40 min typically 7 days a week. Sometimes we do that twice in a day.

I run for an hour, 3 days a week. I do a strength training video for 45 minutes, 3 days a week, and the seventh day is my day off. Sometimes I walk on the strength training or off days, but not lately.

When I lost over 100 lbs I walked 45 min to an hour 5 or 6 days a week. I don't have the energy to keep it up anymore and that is why 30 lbs snuck back on.
45min to 1 hour daily plus weights.

(7x a week) aerobic for 30 mins followed by light weights, sits-ups, pilates, etc.(1hr total)
(5x a week) heavy weights & squats (added to above w/o in place of light weights)
(5x a week) walk at night for ~ 30mins in a hilly neighborhood.
I need to do more or add something because I have hit a plateau :(
