I would like information about 'Notebooking".

I just recently stumbled upon this website http://www.notebookingpages.com/ and am somewhat intrigued by the idea, but some of their examples seem extreme. Does anyone here do it? If so, I'd love some info on setup, process, storage, anything and everything! Also, you CAN do it without spending a fortune on pretty pages, right?

Gee, I thought everyone did notebooking! lol

There are some examples of our very simple notebook pages (template type) on my blog, under January posts. We just use pages that have room for a picture, with writing underneath. Easy.
Some of the pages on the website you give look like mini versions of lapbooks. We've done some of these, but in a different way. We notebook every chapter in SOTW. We don't notebook anything else except nature study.
I love it, but it would drive me insane to be so detail oriented, and I want to spend the time reading and getting in the narration, not making it pretty. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
