Evening Primrose Oil - do you take it all month?

Or do you only take it during a portion of the monthly cycle? What dose do you take?

I really need help with my out-of-control, woman-over-40 hormones, and I'm hoping EPO will help.

I take it all month, but I add more as I see the day approaching!

I take this in the morning and evening from the day of ovulation to the first day of my period.

I can't even take it--it gave me heart palpitations. But as an over 40 woman who still has a regular cycle but nasty PMS, I do progesterone cream days 11-26. It helps, although not perfectly.

Thank you! In the midst of my all-day sickness, I needed this reminder of another good thing about being pregnant! I do have some EPO in the cupboard because I read that it can increase fertile quality cervical fluid. I got pregnant before I had a chance to put it to the test.

I had good results with Valerian Root for the monthlies.
