Just wanted to share a positive customer service experience--
We were late in applying to a class with Write At Home, waiting until the day it was supposed to start--no room. I emailed the owner, and he let us in. He emailed me twice with the proper procedure. When I couldn't see the right way to pay, I emailed him again. He called me yesterday (a Saturday!) with exactly what to do. He took my cc over the phone, and even emailed me the first 6 chapters of the book they are using (The Lively Art of Writing), so ds could get started right away--he's sending the book itself so that it will arrive by Tuesday.
Isn't that nice? Hope the class is as good as the service.
