how can I keep track of the threads that I post? I post something and then step away and sometime I can come back and find what people have responded and sometime I can't!

Click on your name up there by your post and it will give you a drop-down menu. Then select "find all posts by...", that's the easiest way.

You can also subscribe to threads that you have posted to. You can do this 2 ways, you can go into your user control panel (top left corner), go into options and in the 4th box marked 'Default Thread Subscription Mode', then you can set it to save threads you have posted to. When you want to go back and read threads you have subscribed to you just go to the quick links tab (top right corner, second in) and click on 'Subscribed threads'.

The second way to subscribe to a thread is just to go into whatever thread you want to save and click on "thread tools" it will give you an option to subscribe to threads.
