My ds is doing great getting the concepts in RS, however he is needing more practice with them. I don't play the games as often as I should for practice, but would really like something more independent. I am looking at CLE, thanks to HappyGrace, but I'm wondering are there any other programs that would fit this bill? R&S looks like mastery and BJU looks like too much to supplement. Are there others, would Singapore be a good fit, or don't they have the review I'm needing? What about Horizons? Just wanting ideas. Thanks!

I use Singapore. The way they approach math is very similar, so they reinforce each other.

I've supplemented with Daily Word Problems from Evan-Moor last year and this year. Next year we will be switching to Primary Grade Challenge Math. Either of these type of books would give him practice in the concepts.
By the way, PGCM is the early elementary version of Challenge Math, which Dr. Cotter recommends for use after RS.

By the time we get to a concept again sometimes he's forgotten how to do it. Mostly though, I just want more daily practice so that he can get faster at what he's doing.
I used a couple of the Developmental Math books last summer to give my DD some extra practice in addition and subtraction between levels C & D of RightStart. I can't exactly say that they approach math the same way, but it accomplished exactly what I wanted it to. Developmental Math is inexpensive, gives lots of practice, and my DD could work through the books mostly independently. It definitely increased her confidence.
