Speech got scheduled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been waiting a MONTH for the eval authorization. For reference - OT submitted on Friday, got approval on Monday.

SOOOO, that lovely lady just called me and said she was going to make my day.

They got the authorization for the eval!!!!

AND

They got authorization for 6 months of therapy!!!!! (so now they don't have to submit their eval and have us waiting again)

AND, the bestest best part?!?!?!?!

THEY REARRANGED THE SCHEDULE TO GET US IN MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!

She told her boss we'd been waiting a month, and couldn't they possibly get us in sooner than the 18th of August.

I'm soooo happy to have this in place, good news after the funky morning!!

I wish we had insurance that would pay for speech....
