Yikes! Board Shift for Me! How did this happen?

You know how you go to a homeschool convention year after year and you see things that you will never use again--the phonics, the early readers, the math manipulatives ... you walk by more and more booths, that part of your life over.

Well, I just stopped in on the K-8 Curriculum Board...and none of the posts resonated, for the same reason. That part of my life is over. How did this HAPPEN? It's like the time I realized that my son was squirming all the time, because I still had him in his Thomas the Tank Engine 3yo underwear and he was SEVEN. How did THAT happen?

Gads. I have a lot to leave behind...and a lot to catch up on as I make the shift to the HS board. It is both :cool: and :eek:. And mostly, :confused:. How did THIS happen.:rolleyes:

Ack! That is tough and I'm sure I'll need to be making that transition too! Yikes. I'm still glad that you visit here though. I do miss "seeing" your posts more on the old board. Silly sentimental me.
