I am going to use this book soon and when I checked for it on Amazon, oen of the reviews said TM was needed for answers to problems, but couldn't find right edition TM on Amazon. Suggestions?

Have you tried the publisher? I bought all of my Lial's curriculum directly from the publisher at less cost than I could get it on Amazon.

Personally I do not trust the textbook reviews on Amazon.
If you want to use an 'older' edition then purchasing from amazon.com or half.com (or similar places) is fine. Any 'older' edition after 2000 will have current graphing calculator helps.
Since Lial has many choices at the Pre-Calc level, I would suggest purchasing the text first and then using it to find the isbn numbers of any supplements you think you will need.
If you would like the newest edition then purchasing through the publisher is usually easier and may be cheaper.
The texts are set up the same way the Algebras were--answers to odds in back as well as all chapter reviews and test answers.

anything that was clearly their website, or anything with student and teacher editions clearly set up together. I'm afraid I'm a dunce when it comes to searching online for things.
