Ok, I know I wrote it down somewhere, but I can't seem to find it and I know that someone here can tell me off the top of their head.

I have "Carlson very finest fish oil" in liquid. Dd will actually take it!

I don't remember how much to give her to help with all of the "issues" (undx blah, blah, blah). I know it is more than what the bottle says though.

1 tea. has 800 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA

Thank you, oh wise ones!

Generally it is 1000mg of EPA per day. You can go higher if needed. I would do about 1 1/4 tsp./day. If she is new to this you might want to work up to it as it can cause loose stools in some kids at first if they aren't used to the oils.

Can she swallow a pill? If so, Country Life Omega 3 mood has 1000mg of EPA per 2 capsules and is very reasonable. It has the high EPA:DHA ratio that seems to be important for moods as well.

We use (and like) Carlson. The family like that the near-absence of "fishy" burps. (Forgive the candid description !)

Watch for nosebleeds, though. Too high a dose can trigger them.
