I have this version (http://www.amazon.com/Chaucers-Canterbury-Tales-Selected-Interlinear/dp/0812000390/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1248661705&sr=8-3). It is only selected tales. I own it but have not read it yet, so I can't attest to its quality.

Chaucer is a lot of fun in the original! Some of those literal phonetic spellings are hilarious! You could warm up with a facsimile edition of the 1611 KJV!
