We tried BJ English for 3rd grade and it had a little bit of diagramming. I reviewed BJ English on my blog in great detail. HTH!

I read your review, and I am interested in the TE from Christian Liberty Press . . . is this the answer key shown on their site?

I've misplaced my catalog, but I looked here (http://ebiz.netopia.com/clpress/grammarandspeech/) and noticed that only 4th grade and up calls the guide a "Teacher's Manual", but they only list an "answer key" for the younger grades. I'll look for my catalog tomorrow and post again. Perhaps there is a better description in the catalog. You may just have to call them to ask. Check back here tomorrow afternoon or so.

The catalog shows the same thing as the web site. The earlier grades have an "Answer Key" and grades 4 and up have a "TM". I'm thinking there might not be any writing tips in the answer keys...just answers to the worksheets, period. You'll need to call them to be sure. Wish I could have been more helpful with this. Best wishes!
