WTB: HOD Preparing Hearts for His Glory

I would like to purchase the TM for Preparing Hearts for His Glory. I won't need it for sometime so if you are still using it for a while that would be ok with me. I don't want to pay new price though as I can get a new one for that. Some markings don't bother me if the price is right.
