Florida Lisa has posted about this. This is what she did last year for her co-op.

There are several threads where she has talked about it.

Recently, she posted in response to a thread "searching for govt. and economics resources for a co-op".

Apexlearning.com has really rigorous online courses that do a good prep job.

You can only sign up for one class.
