I just saw this when searching for Honey for a Child's Heart on Amazon. If I order I want to get my order up to $25 to get free shipping! Is this book worthy?

Thanks

I have this and really like it. Especially the thorough descriptions he gives of the books. :)

I like this book a lot. I have not seen Honey for a Child's Heart, but I got more out of Books that Build Character than Books Children Love and I think I may even like it better than Jim Trelease's Read Aloud book (that I can't remember the name of). I read BtBC a couple of years ago when we were doing mostly picture books--I'll have to go back and go through it again now that we're doing chapter books for read-alouds. But I'll always be grateful to that book for recommending Dogger--one of our favorites!
