in Beth's thread. I just thought I'd start a new message here:D
Art With a Purpose is a Share a Care product; R&S is just one supplier (and of course it makes it easy to buy from there when you're getting other stuff). It really isn't to be used independently; that is, the teacher needs to give instructions and then evaluations of finished projects. The publisher recommends that the teacher buy herself the same ArtPac her students are doing and complete each project first, both as a model and so that she'll be able to direct her students better, especially if there's anything tricky, KWIM? I'm sure not everyone does that, but it is the recommendation.
Once you've done the instructing and modeling (if any), depending on the grade level you can probably walk away and let your dc work on it.
