Okay all you wonderfull cooks

Here's what I want to do. I have a whole chicken that I plan to cook in the croc pot then shred up for tortilla roll ups with black beans, rice and cheese. I have some fajita seasoning I was going to put on it what else would you plan to put in the croc pot?

I'd throw in some onion, corn, and diced tomatoes.

Chicken all day, throw in cooked black beans, rice, and some salsa the last 2 hours. It is really yummy.
