Jumpstart on the Charlotte Mason Approach

I know a lot of us have been reading and researching Charlotte Mason's methods recently. This week, Cindy Rushton has a downloadable ebook called Jumpstart on the Charlotte Mason Approach (http://www.cindysdesktop.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/JumpstartCharlotteMason.pdf). She said pass it on to your friends. That would be you all. :D

Also, I did a general comparison of the WTM's recommended hours and CM's Parents Union Schools on my blog for 1-3 grade (http://my5wolfcubs.blogspot.com/) and, if you scroll down, for 8th grade. :)

I have not yet read any of Cindy Rushton's books so it will be interesting to get her perspective on CM.
I am still re-reading volume 1 Home Education by Charlotte Mason, we've had so many illnesses here that I have not had time to finish.
I will pop over to your blog to see the Grade 1-3 comparison you've made-I can't wait to see it. You did a great job with the first comparison you did. That was very helpful!

thanks for posting this...I've been reading Ourselves by CM this past month and want to read # 6 by this summer before baby #5 arrives. I love reading CM stuff, always learn something. I will check out your blog, haven't been there in awhile. :)
