Story Of The World Volume 2 Activity Problem

I have the SOTW Volume 2 and was trying to make the flipbook of the 'Reconquest of Spain'. (Activity sheet 80 I think). The instructions say that you should staple the pages together in the order as numbered in the corners. My sheet has no numbers on the pictures. I am unsure whether the order of the pictures runs from left to right or top to bottom. I don't know if this makes sense, but if anyone else has either a new edition or a brain big enough to work it out, please let me know. My kids are waiting impatiently!
