I have the TM and 2 Student Workbooks. The TM has a crease in the middle of the cover and some of the intro pages are also creased, but otherwise it is in unused condition. THe student books have the first 4 lessons done in pencil and I have erased them. One of the Workbooks had about 3 inches of the bottom of the cover out of the spiral binding, but the book is still in tact.
