I cannot find the post, and I really wanted to give it a shot, considering my good experience with other supplement regimens lately. I'm just so blah all the time! I started going to bed early (11ish, when I used to go to bed at 3 a.m. or so) in the expectation that I'd be able to get up around 6 or 7, and I just can't do it. I'm bleary-eyed and sluggish in the mornings no matter how much sleep I get.
I also stopped drinking coffee because it was conflicting with the supplements I'm taking (in that it effectively negates them), but I really feel the lack of the caffeine throughout the day. I'm trying to eat better, but struggling. Any other suggestions are very welcome too.
TIA!

I copied and pasted this from another post by Rough Collie:
I bought the book, You Staying Young: The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty, by Drs. Roizen & Oz.
The first thing I did after reading the book was to make a list of all the vitamins and supplements they recommend, and buy them.
Within a couple of days of taking all these pills, my energy level skyrocketed and my mental alertness increased noticeably.
The book was great and I highly recommend it. I learned a lot from it.
The docs have a website: www.realage.com , where you can take a test to determine your "real age" as opposed to your physical age.
So I am offering this suggestion for those who don't know about this book and this website. You needn't be an old lady like me to benefit from it, IMO. If I'd known about this stuff years ago, I perhaps would be healthier now.
Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will see the link to the post.

A book that helped me feel a lot better is 90-Day Immune System Makeover by Dr. Janet Maccaro. Really, eating whole foods, eliminating processed foods, drinking lots of water, and using Kyo-green helped a lot.
There's a description here, but you can get the book anywhere:
