Sarah, Plain and Tall - what is the order of the books?

We have read Sarah, Plain and Tall and will be starting Skylark today. But, what is the order of the books? Is Caleb's Story next or More Perfect than the Moon? When does Grandfather's Dance come in? And arent there several others?? Thanks, I have googled this one but I am not seeing the books in order listed.

I think it's Skylark, Caleb's Story, and More Perfect Than the Moon and then Grandfather's Dance.

I read the first three a couple of months ago and really enjoyed them. Now I have added the other two to the list of books I'm going to get at the library the next time we go ... probably on Sunday.
