Can you share with me what you use and why you like it? I'd be using it with dc 10, 8, & 7. Thanks!

Spanish on Discovery Streaming (http://streaming.discoveryeducation.com/index.cfm) has been a hit here. My ds6 loves it. I have a 3yo and a 1 yo so I needed to "outsource" something for my oldest b/c I just couldn't do it all and spend any time with my little ones.
I had decided on Puertas Abiertas (http://www.language-publications.com/home.html) before discovering that DS had a video based Spanish program as well. I got DS though a group buy at the Homeschool Buyers Co-op for $129 which made it cheaper than PA and I got the benefit of all the videos Streaming offers too. We use DS almost every single day for some academic subject.
As for their Spanish, they have a great teacher's guide to download that has worksheets to go along with every lesson (these are simple and fun) as well as materials to make a bulletin board for each unit. We use the worksheets every day but I have never taken the time to make the bulletin boards. The great thing about Streaming too is that they have multiple levels. Since you have children of different ages that may be an additional benefit for you as well.
DS has a 30 day free trial membership you can do and see what you think!
If you have any other questions feel free to ask them here or PM me.
Hope that helps.

I'm using Espanol Para Chicos y Grandes next year with my then to be 10 year old son. I've recently received it and I like the way the chapters are set up, the combination of CD usage within the chapter, along with written exercises in the workbook, etc. I think it will help cement learning! (And it's not very expensive, either.....)
