Special needs in Colorado????

Can anyone in Colorado chime in here....

Can your children receive services through the public schools like Speech and OT?

I live in Colorado, but have never used the school system for services. Colorado uses Child Find to identify and help special needs children. I think that this service is mainly available to younger children, ages 3-5. If special needs kids aren't identified by age 6, I don't know what happens to them.
