The Book of Marvels by Richard Halliburton
The Occident HB copyright 1937 Good to fair condition.
It's probably in quite good condition considering it's old, but it's not perfect, showing shelf wear. Someone wrote their name in pencil inside. Pages are tight and photos are still crisp but it is an older book.
