Question about Saxon Math 6/5

I bought an older version of Saxon 6/5 student book (Silver and blue) at a book sale for $1.00. Can anyone tell me how different it is from the newer version? Could I use the same solutions manual?

I'm using older editions of Saxon, myself, but I'm not certain how different it is from the newer versions. The answer key needs to be the same edition. I attempted to use a 2nd edition answer key with a 1st edition book and... let's say it didn't work too well. :eek: If your Saxon 65 has the words 2nd or 3rd edition printed on the spine, it's that edition. If the spine is blank, it should be a first edition. I've been able to find some answer key's on Amazon. :D
