I get 77 recipes at allrecipes.com (http://allrecipes.com/Search/Ingredients.aspx?WithTerm=&SearchIn=All&Wanted1=ramen+noodles). I usually sort them by ratings to get the best recipes.

I have a delicious oriental salad recipe that I use them for.

Chop:
2 bunches napa cabbage
1 bunch green onions (I use less or none sometimes)

Brown in sauce pan:
1/2 cup butter
2 pkgs ramen noodles, crushed (no flavor packets)
2 Tblsp sesame seeds
1 cup sliced almonds

Boil for 1 minute:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3/4 cup peanut oil
2 Tblsp soy sauce

Toss cabbage, crunchies :), and sauce together. Delicious with chicken added. Yum!

the Crunchy Cabbage Salad that comes up first on the allrecipes link Perry provided. Dh, my sister, my mom and others seem to love it. I'm no fan of cabbage, so I usually pass. But it's well-loved by others. :)

Toss them with some sesame oil and soy sauce and top with stir fried veggies.

Or you can still cook them in chicken broth, beef broth, vegi broth, etc. (there are tons of flavors available now days)......

Ohhhh, this is my favorite salad! I'd forgotten all about it--trying to add more veggies, and this will be perfect. Thanks!

...fake snow for your nativity displays?

...replacement hair for your American Girl dollies

...doormats for your neighborhood toads

...coasters

(these would, of course, be your UNCOOKED noodle options) :D

You can create simple stir fries by tossing them into some quick sauteed snow peas, garlic, ginger, carrots, and scallions. Add the noodes at the end with a splash of soy sauce.

There are "MSG-free" versions of ramen noodles available at natural food stores (Koyo brand is one) if that's what was on your mind.

My dressing recipe for this salad:

1/4 c red wine vinegar
3/4 c oil
2 TBSP soy sauce
2/3 cup sugar

Just mix and pour (no boiling needed)
