I recently suffered through a PC hard drive crash and with it lost my notes on curricula I was interested in for the coming years. Thankfully, I remembered most of the material but I am drawing a blank when it comes to the Spanish program I found interesting.

Key points:

- Workbook/textbook based
- Created by a teacher (who I believe teaches AP classes)
- Heavy on grammar
- Could be used for middle school up as Rosetta Stone could be used, most would probably use in high school (daughter is currently using Rosetta Stone and I need to prepare for her next program)

If anyone has any idea as to what program this may be, please let me know. My beginning Google searches have come up blank as have my forum searches.

Thanks so much!

Have you looked on Paula's Archive (http://www.redshift.com/~bonajo/spanishcurriculum.htm)?

It's called Espanol para Chicos y Grandes

THANK YOU all! The program I was interested in is 'Breaking the Barrier' and it was listed on Paula's list.

Thank you again!

Glad you posted this! I am trying to learn Spanish along with dd7 & dd3 (when she joins us ;))...this program might be a good fit for me as an "older student." :D
