If so, please give me your opinions. I just received the first kit and I think it looks like fun, not to mention educational. How would using these kits in order, work as a core science curriculum in the younger grades? Say 1st-3rd grade? Would these kits fully cover science for this age group?

Thanks,
Sandy

We really enjoyed these and still use them on occasion with my ds9. I don't feel that it would be a full curriculum though. You can get them in sets of four at Amazon if you don't want to have them automatically shipped from the company. I've had relatives buy a couple as gifts for him.

I've used these but I did supplement. They are fun but there is not enough reading material in there to make up a whole curriculum IMHO.

We've only gotten two (the one on volcanoes and the one on minerals) but my plan is to use them and supplement with books on that subject.

I am really bad about integrating science into our homeschool.
