Anyone want to be my friend?

I really don't want this to sound like a 'poor me' post but it may. Looking back over my life I've never made friends easily, I'm a bit of an insecure person and am always wondering what people think of me. I think in a way I'd rather have no friends than for people to see the real me and get to close. Anyway, we moved a few years ago, and although I have a few 'acquaintances' I have yet to make a friend. Is that sad or what? I really felt sorry for myself when I had my baby and nobody came to see her! I thought "truelly somebody must like me!" Ok, this is really turning into a poor me post lol
So I am in search of a friend. Somebody I can bounce ideas off of, tell me when I'm completely wrong, someone to lean on when times are tough, someone to just be a friend. Who would like to be my friend?

Maybe you should start a blog! Have an online journal.

It is hard thinking that you don't have friends. I've been there too!
