And do you tie it in with Omnibus? Omnibus III seems the likely choice. What do you do?

Next year we will be doing Omnibus III, and will do American history then. I ordered a lecture from Teaching Company on the Federalist Papers. We will listen to it as we read the Federalist Papers. I think I am also going to have him read Volumes I and II,America The Last Best Hope by William Bennett.

I too plan to do American History (Gileskirk Americana w/Paul Johnson's History of the American People as a spine) next year with Omnibus III.

I just wanted to mention that my son and I watched this TC course (assuming it's The Great Debate) this year while he was reading many of the Fed/Anti-Fed papers, and it was fantastic. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I've got the same plan as the others. We'll focus more on American History in Omnibus III and the second time around (Omnibus IV) we'll focus on World History.

Yes that's the one. Thanks, I couldn't remember the name. It looked fascinating. I am glad to hear it is as good as it looks. Makes me want to do it NOW.

The Bennett books look great. I'm sold! And I've found a few of the "Great Debate" recordings on ebay, so I'm keeping a watch on those. Thanks so much!
