I made doughnuts!!!!

Good Eats is a really, really dangerous show!!! I made doughnuts tonight for my dd who is allergic to dairy. Even dh said they were wonderful!!! They were probably not as light and fluffy as the cow variety - but boy were they good!

I have also, thanks to Alton, made mustard, pretzels, chocolate sauce, wasabi tuna, and a truly delightful cup of coffee!!!
