So far, every time I make it, we throw out the leftovers, but only after storing them on the countertop for weeks. I just *hate* to throw it out, but...is it still safe to use? Dh says it should be *better.*

If it's covered, it should last for a long time and be very intensely flavored. So save it! ;)

What all does it have in it? Just oil and seasonings and/or garlic/vinegar or something? You can save it as long as you aren't dipping directly in it. Dipping directly into it will introduce bacteria.

:o Thanks! The cut's not too recent, though I do hack at my bangs pretty regularly. :D I just updated the ol' avatar this weekend.

She's right...don't dip-and-save! Unless it's in the name of science... ;)
