I agree. I've used one of the online resellers, and I won't make that mistake again. The publisher's shipping is fast and cheap.

Don't lump both sellers in the same pot. I've had decent service with Milestone Ministries. I've never ordered R&S from the other non-publisher place.

I just ordered from Milestone Ministries (It was probably on your advice!) and I agree that doing business with them a good experience.My order,shipped across the country,arrived in 9 days although it was sent media mail.

I have always been extremely pleased with calling Rod & Staff directly. Their customer service is friendly and knowledgable, and their shipping is fast. I also like the fact that I'm supporting the publisher first hand.
