I cracked it into a mixer that was mixing all the ingredients together so I couldn't stop it from being mixed in. Is it ok to eat? I've never seen this before!

I've come across those occasionally. It is just part of the yolk structure. It will all get baked well, go ahead and eat it.

LOL! Totally normal.
Blood spots are occasionally found on an egg yolk. Contrary to popular opinion, these tiny spots do not indicate a fertilized egg. Rather, they are caused by the rupture of a blood vessel on the yolk surface during formation of the egg. These eggs are fit to eat. The spot can be removed with the tip of a knife, if you wish.

We have chickens and see this all the time. No big deal! If we see it we usually just take it out, but it won't hurt you.
